As we started this ‘little’ hobby, we made our kitchen into a small wax melt factory, packing all the melts on our dining room table. We thrive on customer satisfaction and after customers returned for their favourite scents, our little hobby turned into a small business. As our ideas grew, so did our orders and our living space became overrun by customers orders. Our evenings and weekends soon became occupied. Having to move everything into a unit to ensure my home did not become a workshop was the final part of our journey. Our next aim is to open a shop that people can visit.

Need some melts immediately but don’t get paid for a few days? Easy! Why wait? Just choose what you want from our products and click on the option for Clearpay and pay in instalments. Once the order is received I will get it ready and sent out to you. Have the amazing products at your door within a few days or collect if you live locally.
We will gladly accept your return if you have received a faulty/broken product. Please email kellikelb8@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your product with full name, address, details of the product that you purchased from us and what is wrong with it. Photographic/video evidence may be required in some instances. If we require the product to be returned to us via Royal Mail, you will be required to send this tracked and we will reimburse you the cost upon receipt of the product. We work hard to ensure full satisfaction for all of our products so please help us to help you and get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can make things right for you. We will not accept refunds/returns if: - you do not like the scent you asked for- do not like the scent that was given to you as a ‘gift’
